Introduction - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook is an integrated program for managing and organising e-mail messages, schedules, tasks, notes, contacts and other information.
This course is the first of two Microsoft Outlook courses that will provide you with the knowledge and skills to use Microsoft Outlook for sending, receiving and organising messages, scheduling appointments, events and meetings, using contacts, creating tasks and using notes.
It is designed for people interested in learning the basic features of Microsoft Outlook from managing messages to effectively managing day-to-day appointments, activities and meetings. It is also intended for those who wish to be certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Microsoft Outlook.
No previous experience of Microsoft Outlook is required. Delegates must have experience working in a Windows environment with a mouse and be able to use Windows to manage information.
