Course Description
This is an examination-based PRINCE2® training course, which gives delegates accreditation at PRINCE2® Foundation level. The training equips delegates with a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2® method, working through each stage of pre-project preparation and the project lifecycle. The PRINCE2® training sessions will detail how to initiate projects, including the documentation to be produced such as the Project Initiation Document and the Business Case. The trainer will then move on to product delivery and controlling each stage of the project, from both the perspective of the Project Manager and the Project Board. The trainer will then address the issues surrounding project completion.
Prerequisites- Recommended: Introduction to Project Management
