This is an examination-based PRINCE2® training course, which gives delegates accreditation at PRINCE2® Practitioner level. The training will equip delegates with a detailed knowledge and structure of the method, working through each stage of pre-project preparation and the project lifecycle. The PRINCE2® training sessions will also detail how to initiate projects, including the documentation to be produced such as the Project Initiation Document and the Business Case. The trainer will then move on to product delivery and controlling each stage of the project, from both the perspective of the Project Manager and the Project Board. The trainer will then address the issues surrounding project completion.

The training course combines PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner training sessions, the Practitioner training sessions will follow on from the successful completion of the Foundation exam, building on a delegate’s knowledge of the structure and content of PRINCE2® and turns this knowledge into an understanding of the practical application of the method. Time will be given to assessing risks within the project, planning techniques, and how to ensure a quality approach runs throughout the project.
