Course Description

This course is designed to give delegates the opportunity to rethink the way they lift and handle items at work. To explore safer ways and enable them to understand the importance or the need to plan the way to carry out tasks with the opportunity to practice kinetic methods in the work place.

Customer care is the responsibility of everyone and the aim of this course is to provide guidance to staff that will enable them to deal with customers effectively.

All personnel in the Transport/Logistics sector wishing to gain the Driver CPC qualification.
