Conference and Facilities Hire

GTG offers a variety of conference suites,meeting rooms,IT suites and workshop areas for businesses or individuals wishing to host meetings or training sessions.

Rooms are available to hire at all GTG locations and can be set out in various styles depending on your requirements. There are also a range of break out areas available for lunch or refreshments.

A member of our team will also be assigned to each meeting and will be on hand throughout the day to help organisers with any queries or changes they wish to make to their itinerary.

Conference Hire

GTG Glasgow & West Midlands offer a spacious 200 seat theatre style conference suite that can also be broken down into two separate conference areas depending on the conference requirements. GTG is ideal for small or large conferences and provides an innovative area for product launches.

The conference facilities feature the latest seminar technology, including Wi-Fi, high speed internet access, plasma screens and the 8.4 Modero View Point (MVP-8400) presentation system. GTG’s dedicated sales team is on hand to ensure that your event runs smoothly and can tailor hospitality and event packages to meet your specific requirements.

A member of GTG's sales team will be assigned to each event and will be on hand throughout the day to help organisers with any queries or changes they wish to make to their itinerary. In addition, a fully functional business desk, complete with fax, email, photocopier and printer, is also available.

IT & Meeting Rooms

Our classrooms are available for hire along with presentation equipment, data projectors and PC/laptops. Our expert IT Support Staff will help to set up your event and to ensure its smooth running. Our rooms are able to seat up to 12 delegates each with their own networked PC/laptop. Most operating systems and all Office versions can be pre-installed. All rooms include:

Multi-Purpose Workshops

Our commercial workshops are ideal for product launches, demonstrations or training and are available for short or long term use.

Technical Workshops

Our workshops are fully equipped with Vehicle Lifts and Brake Testing Diagnostic equipment which make them suitable for both Motor and Light Commercial vehicles.

Adjoining Classrooms

We have a range of classrooms alongside our workshops areas that allow for technical and theoretical training to work in tandem. Each classroom can accommodate up to 12 delegates but larger rooms are also available.
