Compliance 365 (C365)

  • This system allows you to track your health and safety performance by giving you information on your statutory compliance, as well as providing you with actions to improve this. The system includes:

  • A cloud-based log of all your documentation, i.e. health and safety audits, policies, insurance certificate and employee training records. You will be set up on our cloud-based management system, which monitors your health and safety compliance.

  • Audits – Generating a report which will identify ‘actions’ in order to meet legislation or a recognised standard.

  • Inspections – Any issues raised will generate notifications to let you know when key compliance deadlines are nearing their due date.

  • Training and support in using C365, from logging on to completing actions.

  • Newsletters – Including toolbox talks which are sent to you on a monthly basis to ensure that your staff are receiving the best health and safety information.

Annual audit

We will provide an audit to HSG65 standards and as such our advisors will examine your management systems and procedures. The audit report will reflect the level of compliance to the standard and will be made available on C365 within 24 hours of completion, whereby any concerns are compiled into an action plan.

1-2-1 compliance review(s) Premises and non-premises

The key purpose of a compliance review is to measure, monitor and compile improvements to your health and safety management system.

A blended H&S review can be delivered as an in-depth inspection of your premises or a review of your compliance documents and software.

Advisors are on hand to assist you with the management of safety compliance, ensuring you receive effective reviews throughout the contract. We will give you the contact details of all advisors within the team, allowing you ease of access to competent advice.

Fire risk assessment

An advisor will conduct a full re risk assessment every two years and will identify key strategies/action plans for your business, in keeping with current UK regulations. This process will also identify any staff training needs, ensuring effective safety practices are undertaken within the business.

DSE self-assessment templates are available for completion by staff and reviewed by a competent person to ensure action points raised are applied throughout the business.
