This course has been designed in consultation with Industry Experts and the City of Glasgow Licensing Committee and completely meets their approval criteria.

This course covers the basic knowledge required for those wishing employment or those who are employed by taxi companies (private or hackney).

Specifically it covers aspects of customer care, disability awareness, challenging customers and emergency situations.
