Get into Cars

Get into Cars is a six-week intensive programme delivered in partnership with the Prince's Trust and the Arnold Clark Group.

It gives young people an alternative route to an apprenticeship and the chance to get hands-on experience at Arnold Clark branches and develop their skills in a real working environment.

If trainees complete the programme successfully, they could have the opportunity to do a full-time apprenticeship with the company - and go on to have successful and long lasting careers.

Since the programme began in 2008, Arnold Clark has welcomed 112 young people into the Modern Apprenticeship scheme. In fact, 80% of former Get into Cars participants are now in full-time employment with the company.
