EV/hybrid training Competition terms and condition
We’re giving three lucky mechanics the chance to win an IMI Level 3 Award in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement course at each of GTG’s training centres. The terms and conditions for GTG’s EV/hybrid training competition terms are as follows:
1. Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom who are aged 17 and over.
2. Entry is gained by commenting on GTG’s Facebook, Instagram or Twitter commenting with the following emoji ⚡️.
3. Closing date for all entries is 11th October at 11.59pm.
4. The competition is open via entries on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
a. Multiple entries are allowed.
b. On Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, only entries posted as comments on the competition post will be accepted.
5. From all qualifying entries, three winners will be selected to win an IMI Level 3 Award in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement (VRQ) 603/1468/0 course. One course will be given at three of our centres: GTG Glasgow, Edinburgh and Wolverhampton. Winners will be selected at random.
6. The winners will be notified via a reply and private message on the social media platform they entered on. We will contact the winners on 12th October 2022.
7. Confirmation of ability to collect the prize must be given within 48 hours of us informing the winners they have won. If no response is given, then an alternative winner will be selected.
8. No entry fee, no purchase necessary.
9. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
10. The promoter’s (Arnold Clark Group) decision on all matters related to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
11. The promoter (Arnold Clark Group) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
12. The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
13. The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
14. The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that the Arnold Clark Group shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

16. These rules are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
