Course Summary
The Digital Tachograph and Driver Hours training course is designed to inform and update delegates knowledge of driver hours and digital tachograph rules for goods vehicles in the UK and Europe.
It covers a basic introduction to understanding the digital drivers card, digital modes, digital tachograph menu, tachograph rules and compliance of drivers hours and regulations.
Course Prerequisites
There are no formal entry requirements, however candidates must bring a valid driving licence if CPC registration is required.
Please Note: Regulations specify that ‘a range of different subjects should be covered over the driver’s 35 hours of training’. DVSA will monitor training uploads and potentially take action against drivers and trainers if we identify unnecessary repetition of course attendance in a 5-year rolling period
Therefore drivers should not repeat the same course in a 5 year cycle.
