Course Summary
This course is for RTITB-registered instructors to refresh their instructor certification. This 3-day course is aimed at candidates who are employed primarily as instructors and are therefore delivering training frequently.
This training course is designed to train selected personnel to teach candidates to operate forklift trucks and to gain a Certificate of Competence as advised by the Code of Practice. This course is approved by the Road Transport Industry Training Board (RTITB).
On completion of this course, successful candidates will also have the option to register with RTITB to enter their name on the RTITB International Register of Professional Instructors, reflecting the candidates ability to carry out training and testing as required by the code of practice. Registration fee of £75 plus vat is required payable directly to RTITB. Course Prerequisites
Candidates must have valid RTITB operator & instructor certificates, and be able to show that their primary job role is instructing.
Additional Information
Please bring a form of photographic I.D., Operator Certificate that has been refreshed within the last 36 months.
Please note that Mobile phones must be switched off during training.
Please wear comfortable clothing and safety footwear is advised.
Please note there is an additional £91.50 cost charged at checkout. This covers RTITB Advanced Operational Competence certification and E Learning.

Who Should Attend?
RTITB-registered instructors who wish to maintain their instructor certification. This course is only suitable for candidates who are instructors as their main job role, and who are therefore training frequently.
Course Certification
On completion of this course successful candidates will receive confirmation via RTITB of course results, and a GTG certificate of attendance.
Successful candidates will also have the option to register with RTITB to enter their name on the RTITB International Register of Professional Instructors, reflecting the instructor's ability to carry out training and testing as required by the code of practice.
